Ticket fees in New Zealand, compared
Looking for an Eventbrite or Humanitix alternative in NZ? Here is what each charges an organiser, quoted from their own pricing pages. We checked them on 30 October 2026. Prices change, so follow the links for today's figures.

One $45 ticket
The booking fee alone, worked out from the published rates, before any card processing:
- Comealong: $1.65 (3% of $45 is $1.35, plus $0.30), GST included
- Eventbrite: about $3.46 (3.7% of $45 is $1.67, plus $1.79); the page does not say whether GST is added
- Humanitix: $2.74 before GST (5% of $45 is $2.25, plus $0.49), about $3.15 with 15% GST
On Comealong the fee is added to the guest's total by default, so you receive your full $45. You can choose to absorb it instead.
An Eventbrite and Humanitix alternative from New Zealand
- Made in Auckland by AIM Dev Ltd, for events in New Zealand.
- Guests pay you directly: by bank transfer to your account, or by card and Apple Pay into your own Stripe account.
- Free events are free, however many guests. No subscription and no setup cost.
- Event pages, emails and tickets in English, Russian and Ukrainian, and a door list on your phone that works without a signal.
